Able World believes in a comprehensive education — education of the head, heart and hands. We believe that critical thinking skills are the cornerstone of a complete education. Today's world needs people with critical thinking skills. We want to raise children and teens that think critically and clearly: they are likely to grow into adults who are productive and will make positive contributions to their communities. Able World supports this pattern of growth. Do you?

Able World also agrees with Emile Durkheim in his observations about education when he said:
"Education is, above all, the means by which a society perpetually recreates the conditions of its very existence."
|
Durkheim, 1956: 123 Education and Sociology
Similarly, Duncan and Blau (1967) found that variables of education are related to variables of occupation, and one's position in society. In other words, low education would tend to attract a low-paying occupation, resulting in a low status in society. Able World wants the best for all children in the world. Do you?
Networking for a better world via education. We plan to launch a unique post-secondary institution to be called New Horizon University — NHU (Proposed). The operating mode for students, faculty, and administrative personnel at NHU will be cooperation. Establishing New Horizon University is an achievable goal, isn't it? What do you think?
Health'Healthopia' is Able World Foundation's term for a comprehensive health program. Humans can learn to be healthy physically, emotionally, socially, mentally, financially and otherwise. Healthopia focuses on nutrition and diet, exercise and rest or relaxation. The focus on comprehensive health makes the difference in human existence. Do you see a link between 'healthopia' and educational activities for children, students, teachers, parents and members of the community?
ABLE WORLD FOUNDATION will provide information to our global community about 'healthopia' through newsletters and workshops, and online communications.
Able World's Training ProgramA planned training program called the Multi-Skill Training Program (MSTP) targets young adults aged 19-25 who are not enrolled in school or gainfully employed. MSTP will prepare the young adult to be a productive employee or entrepreneur.
